Raffle Draw Date: October 10, 2026
1. The promo is open to all new and existing customers of CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc..
2. Promo period is from June 1, 2026 to October 9, 2026 only.
3. Customers will receive one (1) raffle ticket for every one (1) unit purchased during the promo period.
* Example: Purchase of 3 units = 3 raffle tickets.
4. All purchased units must be fully paid within the promo period to qualify for the raffle promo.
5. Raffle tickets will be issued by authorized CGS Solid personnel upon purchase and payment confirmation.
6. Customers must completely fill out the raffle ticket with the following details:
- Full Name
- Address
- Contact Number
- Email Address
- Signature
7. Incomplete, unreadable, or tampered raffle tickets will be considered invalid.
8. The raffle draw will be held on October 10, 2026 during the Anniversary Celebration of CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc.
9. Winners will be drawn manually in the presence of company representatives.
10. Winners will be notified through:
- Phone Call
- SMS
- Official Facebook Page Announcement
- Registered Mail
11. Winners must present:
- One (1) valid government-issued ID
- Original raffle ticket stub
12. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
13. If the winner cannot personally claim the prize, an authorized representative may claim on behalf of the winner with:
- Authorization Letter
- Copy of winner’s valid ID
- Representative’s valid ID
14. Employees of CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc. and their immediate family members may join unless otherwise disqualified by management.
15. Unclaimed prizes within sixty (60) days from announcement will be forfeited in favor of the company.
16. By joining the promo, participants agree to allow CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc. to use their names and photos for promotional purposes related to the raffle promo.
17. For winners of air-conditioning units, installation must be exclusively performed by CGS Solid Aircon
and Refrigeration, Inc. to qualify for product warranty. Installation charges, materials, and other related costs shall be shouldered by the winning customer.
18. Management reserves the right to amend promo mechanics when necessary, with proper announcement.

1. The promo is open to all new and existing customers of CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc.
2. Promo period is from June 1, 2026 to October 9, 2026 only.
3. Customers who avail of any RAC (Room Air Conditioning) and CAC (Car Air Conditioning) services
during the promo period are qualified to join.
4. The first forty-five (45) qualified customers will receive a ₱1,000 Gift Voucher, valid for 1year.
5. Promo applies to cash transactions only.
6. One (1) customer is entitled to one (1) gift voucher per qualified transaction only.
7. To qualify for the promo, customers must:
- Follow the official Facebook page of CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc.
- Like the official promo advertisement/post
- Share the official promo advertisement/post publicly on Facebook
8. Customers may be required to present proof of following, liking, and sharing the promo post before claiming the gift voucher.
9. Customers must fully settle their payment to qualify for the promo.
10. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
11. Employees of CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
12. By participating in this promo, customers agree to allow CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc. to use their names and photos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. In case of dispute, the decision of CGS Solid Aircon and Refrigeration, Inc. management shall be deemed final.
